Alana De La Garza's beauty has made an impression on the screens of small sizes. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. The next year was not long after when she relocated to Texas. She began a career as a physical therapist. De La Garza stayed in Texas only a short time before she moved to Orlando Florida. She took on a variety of character roles including commercials and local independent movies. Small roles didn't deter her from discovering she loved acting. The year 2001 saw her move from the Midwest to New York where her first role was on All My Children's morning soap as Rosa Santos. There were minor roles in JAG: Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men in the early 2000s. In 2004, her first big-screen series aired on The Mountain. De La Garza, who played Maria Serrano on The Mountain had the privilege of appearing alongside a number of the top TV celebrities including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch Pilegget. The role that she is most famous for was her A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. She appeared for 85 episodes. Following a brief run, her character migrated onto Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated numerous times for her performance, among them Best Supporting Actress in Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. The National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her the Impact Award, which is given for outstanding performances in a drama TV show. De La Garza got a reprise role in CSI Miami a few moments later. The role was Marisol Delko, who is the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. She played the character Dr. Lena Solis, she was last seen on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is of Italian descent and has a younger brother Cory who is about 10 years younger than her. Milano was raised in an orthodox, religious family. Milano was able to begin her acting profession at the age of seven, when her babysitter took her to an acting audition. From more than 1,000 candidates her name was picked as one of just four. Milano appeared on the television in commercials as well as off Broadway productions including an adaptation musical to Jane Eyre.
