Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn is an American actress from America. Her most well-known role was that of Skyler on the AMC drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Awards to recognize Outstanding Leading Performance by a Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. The actress also played Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. She was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love with the art of acting at the Preparatory School she attended before her family relocated to Ohio in the late 1970's. She attended theatre classes at Northwestern University and spent a period in the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed in the theatre in the Chicago area for a few years prior to trying her luck in TV and films. Anna had her biggest break in the year 1992, when she portrayed Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. As a guest-star, Anna appeared in Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. Then it was not until the end of the 1990s when she was cast in an acting role on The Practice. Martha Bullock played two full seasons on Deadwood and was filming during the middle 2000's. Skyler played her part in Breaking Bad. Sully as well as Deadwood were also the highlights of her work. Gunn has also appeared on the stage in a David Schwimmer-directed production of Sex With Strangers. In 2022 the actress also starred in a four-part audio-play podcast titled"Numbered Days. Breaking Bad is often centered on the relationships that Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their strained bond and eventual end resembles the last years of Walter White's personal life.
